Shot on 16mm, Ráoshù is a deeply personal reflection of Mae's own experiences with the loss of her mother and the complexities of familial love.
Ráoshù has been celebrated at the 2024 Independent Short Awards, where it won Gold for Best Acting Duo and Bronze for Best Indie Short. It was also chosen for virtual screening at The Micheaux Film Festival.

Celine, a ballerina, dances for the first time since suffering from an injury. Shot on 35mm, this is Mae's second short film.
